Andy Boud
Chief Executive Officer
Andy is a business leader and manufacturing engineer whose immersive journey began in the late ‘90s after being exposed to VR at university. This inspired him to pursue a PhD using VR for Robot Programming. Since then, Andy worked for a leading UK VR company before co-founding ImmersaView, an Australian visualisation software company. As ImmersaView's President for 17 years, Andy led the company to remarkable success, culminating in its sale to a US defence contractor. Now, he embarks on a new venture with Second Wave, reshaping the XR tech landscape.

Vishesh Bhartiya
Head of Technology
Vishesh has a unique blend of expertise in software engineering and mathematics, holding a Bachelor of Games & Interactive Media and a Bachelor of Mathematics (Honours). Having worked with Andy and Anthony at ImmersaView for seven years, Vishesh was an integral part of the team and a key contributor to the company's advancements in video capture and streaming technologies. His exceptional problem solving abilities and commitment to innovation will undoubtedly be pivotal in driving Second Wave's success.

Anthony Borell
Head of Product
Anthony is a seasoned designer with a passion for creating seamless digital experiences. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Design and has a decade worth of experience in software development and user interface design. His time at ImmersaView saw him climb the ranks to become a successful Product Manager, where he honed his skills in creating innovative and user-centric solutions. Anthony's diverse skill set has been instrumental in delivering cutting-edge designs that captivate users and drive business success.
